This mixtape is ill! Kardinal Offishall has always delivered on his mixtapes. Well.. the one’s i’ve taken the time to listen too anyway. I think this guy is mad underated. He has definitely changed his tune. I remember the joint where I first heard of him called “U R Ghetto When” which DJ Sir-Vere featured on Major Flavours Volume 1. That song is very mellow and relaxing. Now days Kardinal has a different flow and tracks to kill. His rhymes are hot piss and I’m rating this mixtape as one of 2008′s best to date.

On this Mixtape he does tracks over instrumentals of other tracks like the new Busta Rhymes track- Don’t Touch ‘Em, as well as Rick Ross’- The Boss, Lil Wayne- A Milli and Outkast’s- Royal Flush. Of course there is material from his upcoming album “I’m Not 4 Sale”. His version of A Milli is crazy. Preview snippets of tracks from the up and coming album “I am Not 4 Sale” include Magnificent with Estelle, Set it Off with The Clipse, Dangerous and some others.

The intro on the mixtape is dope. If you know nothing about Kardinal Offishall then listen to it. He speaks a timeline on his career as an artist. It is such a cool way to introduce yourself to those who don’t know much about you.

Don’t let Clinton Sparks put you off. He is such a dope DJ- I consider him to be the Jay-Z of the DJ World. He is amazing!
