Rob Swift – As The Technics Spin

Rob Swift is releasing a DVD this year and it looks like absolute fire. The DVD is set to be released on March 10th and will definitely be a must buy for turntablists globally. This time round for a DJ DVD, it is going to take a different approach to it’s presentation.
The DVD is set to remove the focus way from technical aspects of DJ’ing and concentrate on his thought process, philosophy, battle routine development, and artistic approach to hip-hop that makes Rob Swift the mean DJ that he is.
The picture at the top of the post is the DVD Cover, the Youtube clip below is the trailer for the DVD. I’ll keep you posted closer to the release date. Check It Out!

Meannnnnnnnn…I was starting to worry that the Turntablist side of Hip Hop was starting to disappear, this proves me wrong, Rob Swift is one of the greatest of all time.

Locally there is a small fraternity to keep turntablism in NZ alive. It’s growing again slowly though. All the older cunts who entered battles and shit in the past are all still repping, just not in the battle buzz.
