This Is P-Money 12 Years Ago…
In 1997 I was Form 1 at Fairfield Intermediate in Hamilton, and wasn’t into DJing or Battling back then. This footage is of P-Money’s first battle and he settled 4th place in NZ at the time as he lost to DJ Sean in the semi finals. Solid effort for a first time in those times, Especially when the skill was pretty well even and placings in battles were tight as fuck.
Props to DJ Fobtronics for being the man and uploading rare shit like this. You’re the man bro!

He looks so young with all that hair! Nah but in all seriousness P-Money is da MAN, its great to watch this clip and think how far he has gone. Im not even sure if he knew where he would be in 12 years… somthing for all the up and coming tablists to think about really!
