Say a Prayer for Roc Raida. He has involved in an accident over the weekend (unsure if it was Car, or something else) and he has under-gone spine surgery. I hope he recovers well and all is good. Nothing is good when it comes to the spine 
According to Nino Brown’s Twitter Account, his friend Carlos had his jaw removed and refitted. OUCH!
Lets hope he pulls through!!!!

Damn, I rally hope he pulls through, I read on some blog that people were saying that Roc was involved in an accident, but they didn’t say what.
